antipodes café House

æHouse æHouse was a group of venues open from 2017 and scattered on different encounters of Oslo and its construction sites, created as singular domestic units of a generic house, now open to the public as gratis cafés. Each room of æHouse was temporary, movable, and distant from the other ones in time and space. Hence, the city became the passageway of this discrete dwelling, where to traverse from venue to venue, from one situation to another. The COVID-19 pandemic led to the early closure of æHouse in May 2020 and the cancellation of the sleeping room (æRom).
